Aquarium Snail Hasn't Moved In Days

I bought 2 snails about a week ago from my LFS and one is doing great but the other one hasnt moved in a couple days. Instead of a 24-hour sleeping cycle a snails sleep cycle lasts for 2-3 days.

If it doesnt smell and you can see the actual snail inside make sure its foot side is downunderneath in case it cant turn itself over.
